Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy applies to the Quick White Memo app for mobile devices, together with any related services operated by OLEJNICZAK (collectively, the “Application”). OLEJNICZAK is referred to as the “Service Provider.”

What information does the Application obtain and how is it used?

The Application does not collect, log, or store any personal information through normal use. Users can use Quick White Memo without registration. If the Application is used with an active internet connection, technical protocol data such as an ephemeral IP address may be transmitted by network infrastructure to facilitate connectivity, but the Service Provider does not retain or use this data for tracking.

If text notes, checklist items, completion states, note titles, memo content, pinned states, favorite states, category tabs, sorting preferences, keyword search records, note history, app settings, or local memo records exist in the app, they remain local to the user’s device unless a future feature clearly states otherwise.

Does the Application collect precise real-time location information?

No. The Application does not collect precise real-time location information from your mobile device.

Do third parties see or have access to information obtained by the Application?

Since the Application does not collect personal information through normal use, no personal data is shared with third parties. The Service Provider does not sell personal data.

Data Retention

The Application does not collect or retain personal information on Service Provider servers. Because no personal information is collected through normal app use, there is no server-side personal data retention period for app activity.

Any notes, checklists, pinned states, favorites, sorting preferences, or local memo history saved inside the app are stored locally on the user’s device, where applicable. OLEJNICZAK does not access, retain, or back up that local app content on its servers.

If you voluntarily contact OLEJNICZAK by email or a website contact form, the information you provide may be kept only as long as necessary to respond to your request, maintain support records, comply with applicable obligations, or resolve the matter you contacted us about.

Data Deletion

Since the Application does not collect or store personal information on Service Provider servers, there is no server-side app data to delete. You can remove local app content by deleting notes or checklists inside the app where available, clearing local app data through your device settings, or uninstalling the Application.

If you voluntarily provided information to OLEJNICZAK by email or another direct communication channel, you may request deletion of that information by contacting support@olejniczak.ink. We will handle deletion requests as required by applicable law.

What are my opt-out rights?

Since the Application does not collect personal information through normal use, uninstalling it removes the Application from your device. If you voluntarily provided information by contacting OLEJNICZAK directly, you may request deletion using the contact details below.

Children

The Application is not intended for children under 13 years of age, or a higher age where required by applicable law. The Service Provider does not knowingly solicit data from children or market to them. Since the Application does not collect personal information through normal use, children’s data is not collected by the app itself. If a child voluntarily provides personal information by other means, a parent or guardian should contact OLEJNICZAK to request deletion.

Security

Because the Application does not collect personal data through normal use, the risk of personal data exposure from the app is minimal. However, no security system is completely secure. The Service Provider uses reasonable safeguards for systems and any information voluntarily provided outside the app.

Data Breach Notification

Since the Application does not collect personal data through normal use, the risk of a data breach affecting app personal data is minimal. If a breach occurs involving information you voluntarily provided to OLEJNICZAK outside the app, the Service Provider will notify affected individuals where required by applicable law.

Changes

The Service Provider may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by posting an updated Privacy Policy with a new effective date. Where required by law, consent will be requested before material changes take effect.

Your Consent

If you voluntarily provide information to OLEJNICZAK and processing is based on consent, you may withdraw that consent at any time without affecting processing carried out before withdrawal.
